The campaign committee Citizens for Remodeled Recreation Center owes a $1,850 fine imposed on Nov. 18, 2015, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $100 with Michael Gilhooly listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 38 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $128,119 in pending fines.
