The campaign committee Friends of Donald Luster owes a $5,000 fine imposed on May 21, 2014 with Donald C. Luster listed as the responsible officer, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 38 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $128,119 in pending fines.
