The campaign committee Friends of Tim Parker owes a $625 fine imposed on April 25, 2014 with Darryl Ashley listed as the responsible officer, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 38 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $128,119 in pending fines.
