A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Thornton Township Young Democrats was the only campaign committee in Dolton that was delinquent in payment for January 2017, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The fine that Thornton Township Young Democrats has yet to pay was imposed on April 25, 2014, for a late quarterly report.
