Unpaid fines for South Holland-based campaign committees totaled $5,963.55 in January 2017

Campaign committees in South Holland collectively owe a total of $5,963.55 in overdue fees, records obtained by the South Cook News show.

A detailed review of individual fines revealed that three committees in South Holland were delinquent in payment for January 2017.

The South Holland-based committee with the largest total in unpaid fines was Friends of Donald Luster, which owes a total of $5,000.

The fine that Friends of Donald Luster has yet to pay was imposed on May 21, 2014, for failure to comply.

The following table lists all campaign committees in South Holland owing unpaid fines in January 2017, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections:
