How did Tim Parker spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic Tim Parker's election campaign committee, Friends of Tim Parker, spent $7,043 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Parker's committee spent the most on yard signs in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,475) going to Unique Signs in Kankakee. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Parker's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
