How did Joan Heeg spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Joan Heeg's election campaign committee, Lemont Township Regular Democratic Org, spent $1,210 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Heeg's committee spent the most on hall rental for raising funds in the quarter, with all those payments ($450) going to Lemont VWF in Lemont. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Heeg's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
