Biannual Review of Closed Session Minutes

"That after a review of all of the Closed Session Minutes and audiotapes, the Closed Session Minutes of August 8, 2019 will remain closed to the public due to the confidential nature of the topics discussed and the listing of specific individuals; audiotapes from February 8, 2018, March 8, 2018 and April 12, 2018 will be destroyed.

All Closed Session minutes previously reviewed by the Board and designated to be closed will remain closed to the public."

(Board reviews minutes of Closed Session Meetings at its November and June Board meetings. Audiotapes may be destroyed after 18 months; but minutes must be retained.)
