Arbor Park School District 145 Board of Education Committee of the Whole met Sept. 9.

1. CALL TO ORDER
2. OPENING COMMENTS AND OVERVIEW OF AGENDA
3. CLOSED SESSION: The board will enter closed session to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the District or legal counsel of the district.
4. ISSUES RELEVANT TO BOARD ACTION:
• Ratify the August 28, 2020, August 31, 2020 and September 15, 2020
Accounts Payable Disbursement Journals. Approve the September 30, 2020 Accounts Payable Disbursement Journal.
• Ratify the August 28, 2020 and September 11, 2020 District Payrolls.
Approve the September 25, 2020 District Payroll.
• Subject to review of the Board at the next regular meeting, we move that the Board approves payment of the following:
A. Recurring expenses, including but not limited to items such as utilities, employee benefits, professional services, supplies, and expenditures related to state and federal grants, for which nonpayment before the next regular Board meeting will result in the assessment of a late payment penalty and/or interest: and
B. The October 2020 District employee payrolls, as determined based on existing teacher and employee contracts, and verified hours worked by the end of the applicable pay period.
• Acceptance of the Statement of Position for the Month Ending August 31, 2020.
• FY2021 Final Budget Update - Budget Hearing
