Arbor Park School District 145 Board of Education Committee of the Whole met Aug. 12.

Here is the minutes provided by the committee:

CALL TO ORDER

Dr. Sala called the meeting to order at 7:18 p.m. Committee members present Dave Rana, Angeles Bear, Kevin Pepe, Maryann Ing and Tina Moslander. Also: Present: Dr. Andrea Sala, Dr. Brian O'Keeffe.

Absent: Wendy Lux and Mark Werner.

OPENING COMMENTS & OVERVIEW OF AGENDA BY SUPERINTENDENT

Dr. Andrea Sala., Superintendent of Schools reviewed the agenda items.

CLOSED SESSION

Mrs. Bear made the motion to go into closed session at 7:11 p.m. to discuss Personnel matters. Mr. Rana seconded. Closed session adioumed at 10:41 p.m.

ISSUES RELEVANT TO BOARD ACTION

• Ratify the June 30, 2020, July 1, 2020, July 15, 2020, July 30, 2020 and August 14, 2020 Accounts Payable Disbursement Journals.

• Approve the August 31, 2020 Accounts Payable Disbursement Journal.

• Ratify the July 3, 2020, July 17, 2020, July 31, 2020 and August 14, 2020 District Payrolls. Approve the August 28, 2020 District Payroll.

• Acceptance of the "Unaudited" Statement of Position for the Month Ending June 30, 2020.

• Acceptance of the Statement of Position for the Month Ending July 31, 2020.
