VACCINE CLINIC Saturday, Sept 4, offered by Evergreen Park School District 124 at CENTRAL MIDDLE SCHOOL from 10am to 2pm for the Pfizer Vaccine (the second dose is administered on Sat Sept 25). This clinic is open to all community (including students 12 years or older).
They will also offer the J & J Vaccine to adults 18 and over (one dose)
STICKER DEADLINE APPROACHING
We strongly implore and advise you to purchase your vehicle stickers online (this is the easiest way), or to drop your forms (with check payment) in the parking lot drop box. The stickers will be mailed to you, thus eliminating any need for you to deal with long lines when we know you have much better things you would prefer doing.
