A. Approval of Ordinance 2023-03-0960O authorizing a purchase and sale agreement with Nima Properties, Inc (Car Wash) for 0.97 acres of City owned property located at 15426 S. Cicero Ave. See attached memo with supporting details from Economic and Community Development Director Ed Cage.

8. PUBLIC WORKS

A. Presentation of the City of Oak Forest National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Program – Storm Water Update.

B. Approval of contract with Dutch Valley Landscaping for the 2023 planter box plantings and maintenance, city hall flower pots and Metra lots & City entry way signs in the budgeted amount of $41,943.40. See attached memo with supporting details from Public Works Director Michael Salamowicz.

9. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION: The Oak Forest City Council invites public comment at its meetings, but it generally does not have the ability to provide an immediate response to some questions raised during the Citizens Participation portion of a council meeting without some reasonable opportunity to review them.

Therefore, the City Council encourages questions to also be submitted in writing in the event that they need to be referred to City staff to help assure a more thoughtful and informed response.
