• CONSIDERATION OF/ACTION ON RECOMMENDATION OF ZONING, PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION TO GRANT A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR THE OPERATION OF AN AUTO REPAIR SHOP AT 9010 S. BELOIT UNIT C
