City of Hometown City Council met April 4

Call to Order: The Special called meeting of the City Council of the City of Hometown was called to order by Mayor Frank E. Finnegan on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 7:30 p.m.
Pledge of Allegiance: Alderman Grochowski
Roll Call: Roll call indicated that the following were present: Aldermen Forney, Zak, Walsh, Barnhouse, Grochowski, Banasiak, Rivas and Reynolds.
Absent: Aldermen Brookman and Kurysz
Also present: Clerk Hacker.
Moved by Alderman Barnhouse, seconded by Alderman Zak to authorize the Mayor to sign the the State of Illinois CY2024-CY2025 Rock Salt Contract Joint Participation Agreement w/CMS
Roll call, the vote was:
AYES: (8) Aldermen Zak, Kurysz, Rivas, Walsh, Banasiak, Forney
Grochowski, Barnhouse and Reynolds.
NAYS: (0)
ABSENT: (2) Alderman Brookman and Kurysz.
MOTION DECLARED CARRIED
ADJOURNMENT: Moved by Alderman Reynolds seconded by Alderman Walsh, to adjourn the special called meeting of the City Council.
MOTION STATED CARRIED
The meeting adjourned at 7:35 P.M.
