78 Cook County residents in their twenties tested positive for COVID-19 on July 22, according to numbers being reported by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
In total, there have been 6,912 positive cases reported in Cook County among residents in their twenties, accounting for 16.3 percent of all cases in the county. Through July 22, Cook County has reported a total of 42,430 confirmed cases of the coronavirus, 2,065 of which have ended with the victim’s death.
