Former Oak Lawn Community High School standout Ben Cash helped lead his current team, the Purdue Northwest Pride, to a 4-3 victory over the Lewis Flyers in an NCAA Division II baseball game on Saturday, March 7, at 3:30 p.m.

The matchup occurred at Brennan Field and marked the fourth contest between the teams this season. The Pride claimed a 12-9 win in their earlier game on Saturday, March 7.

Cash pitched 4.1 innings, giving up three earned runs with one walk and two strikeouts.

Looking ahead, the Pride are set to play the Florida Southern Moccasins on Monday, March 16, at 3 p.m. at Henley Field.
