Catherine Aguirre, a respected member of the Pilsen community and matriarch of a large and loving family, died on May 14, 2025, at the age of 75. She is survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and siblings, all of whom she impacted with her unforgettable cooking and fiery spirit.
Family and friends will gather to share memories at a visitation on Monday, May 19th followed by a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, May 20th. Catherine will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery.
