On Saturday, March 14, Lake Erie Storm, the college team of former Homewood-Flossmoor High School star Chakaris London, was defeated by the Michigan Tech Huskies 83-73 in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

The matchup, held at Alumni Arena at 12 p.m., marked the first time the Lake Erie Storm faced the Michigan Tech Huskies in the tournament.
