▪︎ There was a mix up on starting times.

▪︎ Trucking for Veterans was upset when the gate was closed per Gaelic Park.

▪︎ Kona Ice was not told the incorrect starting time of event, and they weren’t listed on flyer. I did send them a letter of apology for the missed steps we had.

▪︎ We won’t change the starting time. We will make sure Gaelic Park has the correct time next time.

▪︎ There is a feedback meeting scheduled for July 16 at 10 AM in the Blue Room. Paul and Jim are planning on attending.
