Orland Park – George R. Schaaf, Sr., a US Army Veteran and founder of Schaaf Glass, has passed away at the age of 91. Survived by his loving family, Schaaf was known for his passion for antique tractors and cars, as well as his athletic achievements. A visitation will be held on June 23 at Colonial Chapel, with the Funeral Service taking place the following day at Orland Park Christian Reformed Church. Interment will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
