Orland Park, IL – Judith “Judy” C. Vecelas (nee Pinkowski), beloved wife of the late Gordon L. Vecelas, passed away, leaving behind a legacy of love and devotion. Judy was a devoted mother to Lauren (Arek) Bouwman, Andrew (Meredith) Vecelas, and the late Carrie Lynn Vecelas. She cherished her role as a grandmother to Erica Bouwman, William Vecelas, and Claire Vecelas.
Judy was the daughter of the late Edward and late Celia Pinkowski, and a loving sister to Juliet Strzelczyk, and the late Robert (late Evelyn) Stanczyk, James Pinkowski, Jerome Pinkowski, and Joseph Pinkowski. She was a kind aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to the visitation on Sunday from 1-6 p.m., and the Funeral Service on Monday at 10:30 a.m. at Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home in Orland Park, IL. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
