The Honorable Laurence J. Dunford, a retired Full Circuit Cook County Judge, aged 80, passed away. He is survived by his devoted children Christopher, Jason, and Julia, and his grandchildren Daniel, Samantha, David, Sean, and Teagan. Laurence was the beloved husband of the late Dorothy T. Dunford and the son of the late Joseph and Jeanette Dunford.
He was a cherished brother of William, Joseph, Michael Dunford, Stephen Sebastian, and Beth Christiansen. Laurence was a dear uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Thursday from 3-8 p.m. at Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home in Orland Park. The funeral service will be on Friday at 8:30 a.m., proceeding to Incarnation Church for Mass at 9:30 a.m., followed by interment at Resurrection Cemetery.
