ZBA 2017 - 02: The owners, Dennis L, Jeanie M., and Peter J Leggett, request a front yard setback variance of 19.36 feet from the required 100 foot setback from Chapter 1268.02(e)(1) of the Village Code to allow for the construction of an addition on to the existing single family residence on the property commonly known as 12321 S. Hobart in Palos Park.
ZBA 2017 – 03: The owner, Valerie McGinty, requests a rear yard setback variance of 16.50 feet from the required 50 feet from Chapter 1268.02(g) of the Village Code to allow for the construction of a sun room to the existing single family residence on the property commonly known as 11739 Black Forest Lane in Palos Park.
