The campaign committee Friends of Arthur Wesley Willis owes a $300 fine imposed on Sept. 11, 2013 with Julie Willis listed as the responsible officer, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 38 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $128,119 in pending fines.
