A detailed review of individual fines revealed that START PAC was the only campaign committee in Blue Island that was delinquent in payment for January 2017, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The largest fine that START PAC has yet to pay was imposed on Sept. 11, 2013, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $225.
