A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Friends of Sonia Khalil was the only campaign committee in Palos Hills that was delinquent in payment for January 2017, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The largest fine that Friends of Sonia Khalil has yet to pay was imposed on Nov. 18, 2015, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $1,625.
