The calls in Oak Forest included 135 fires - 92 structure fires, 12 vehicle fires and 25 other fires. The fire department also responded to six calls for ruptures, explosions or overheating.
In all, the department saw $352,710 in fire loss - or about $2,613 per fire.
The department also received 243 false calls, including five malicious calls and 238 other false calls.
The calls resulted in one civilian fire-related injury.
