Democrat Frances Ann Hurley has been declared the winner in the House District 35 race against Republican Herbert Hebein.
With 95 percent of the precincts reporting, Hurley had 68 percent of the vote with a total of 27,656 votes.
Hebein received 32 percent of the vote with a total of 12,843 votes.
