Village of Park Forest issued the following announcement on Nov. 7.
From now until May 2019, the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) will conduct the My Daily Travel survey, asking households in northeastern Illinois to share trips they make for work, school, shopping, errands, and socializing with family and friends. Collecting this information through a survey is the only way to accurately measure and understand people's changing daily travel patterns.
Why your participation matters
By providing accurate information about your daily travel, you will help ensure that funding to maintain roads, bridges, and transit is spent where it is needed most. Your travel information will help build a complete picture of local and regional transportation needs, so decision-makers can effectively recommend where to make improvements.
Join the survey now
Your household can participate in the survey between now and May 2019 by visiting the My Daily Travel website to sign up, or call 1-855-981-7286 to sign up by phone. Households that complete the survey will receive $50.
