Q2 real estate sales report: Hickory Hills

Median prices declined in Hickory Hills over last year, and are up 5.1 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 63 homes sold in Hickory Hills for a median price of $225,000. That's 0.5 percent lower than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.

In the second quarter, 6 homes in Hickory Hills were in foreclosure.
