7. Request Board approval of the following Ordinance(s):
A. ORDINANCE NO. 32-2018, “AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 5-80, ELEVATOR REQUIRED, TO CHAPTER 5, BUILDING AND BUILDING REGULATIONS, TO THE EVERGREEN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF EVERGREEN PARK, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.”

C. ORDINANCE NO. 34-2018, “AN ORDINANCE LEVYING TAXES FOR GENERAL CORPORATE PURPOSES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1, 2017, AND ENDING OCTOBER 31, 2018, FOR THE VILLAGE OF EVERGREEN PARK, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.”
8. Request from Police Chief Michael Saunders to:
A. Authorize an opening of one (1) Sergeant Position.
B. Promote Officer Victor Watts to the position of Sergeant.
9. Request from Police Chief Michael Saunders to purchase a 2018 Ford Police Interceptor Utility vehicle.
10. Request Board approval of payment for Illinois Municipal League 2019 Membership Dues.

16. Request adjournment to Executive Session to discuss real estate, personnel, and litigation.
VI. Adjournment: The Open Meeting Act provides for public bodies to meet in sessions closed to the public to discuss certain subject matters. No official action can be taken at a closed session; therefore, any decision reached by the Board will be ratified at a subsequent public meeting.
To facilitate closing this building during the continued meetings, we would appreciate your vacating the Council Chambers in a timely fashion.
