1. ZC #18-014 Grease Monkey – Special Use Permit: PUBLIC HEARING – The applicant requests review and recommendation of approval for a special use permit to allow an automotive oil change and lubrication shop and such other and further zoning relief as may be required in the C2 – General Service Commercial District at 6230 W. 159th Street.
2. DR 18-006/ZC #18-015 5201-09 W. 159th Street, Heidner Properties – Level 2 Design Review Permit/Special Use Permit: PUBLIC MEETING/PUBLIC HEARING – The applicant first requests review and approval of a Level 2 Design Review Permit for a ground sign to replace multiple pole signs in the C1 – Local Commercial District at 5201 – 5211 W. 159th Street. The applicant also requests review and recommendation of approval for a special use permit to allow an electronic message center on said new ground sign larger than the maximum area permitted and such other and further zoning relief as may be required at the same property.
3. DR #17-010 Sign Code Update – Text Amendment: WORKSHOP – Staff presents research to assist in determining reasonable temporary and exempt sign allowances in residential zoning districts with which to proceed and incorporate into a forthcoming text amendment. This is not a public hearing and no action is being made.
