Park Forest Police Department issued the following announcement on Dec. 21.
The Park Forest Police Department is proud to introduce our two newest employees, Regis Bowers (left) and Steven Lawandowski. Bowers is our newest police officer and is currently attending an in-house academy before beginning the Suburban Law Enforcement Academy (SLEA). Lawandowski is our newest part-time Community Service Officer (CSO) and is now shadowing our current CSO before starting on his own.
