City of Burbank Council met Nov. 14.

Here is the minutes provided by the council:

CALL TO ORDER

The meeting of November 14, 2018 was called to order aI7:30 PM by Mayor Dan M. foy in the Council Chambers at 6530 West 79th Street Burbank, Illinois.

ROLL CALL

Mayor Foy requested a roll call which indicated the followtng members present: Alderwoman Gagle, Alderman Contreras, Alderwoman Gustafson, Alderman Grider, Alderman Pacella, Alderman Piznarski, Alderman Pyle, Mayor Foy, Clerk Szymczak, Treasurer Viverito and Attomey Gary Perlman.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

Mayor Foy asked all to rise for the Pledge of Allegiance.

JOURNAL

Alderman James Grider made a motion seconded by Alderman Contreras to approve the minutes of October 31, 2018. The motion was unanimously approved by voice vote and so declared by the Chair.

CURRENT BILLS

Alderman Grider made a motion seconded by Alderwoman Gagle to approve the current list of bills. A roll call indicated 7 Ayes and 0 Nays. Voting Aye: Alderwoman Gagle, Al derman Contreras, Alderwoman Gustafson, Alderman Grider. Alderman Pacella, Alderman Piznarski and Alderman Pyle.

CLERK'S REPORT

Clerk Barry Szymczak reported that City Hall would be closed on Thursday Nov. 22"d and Friday Nov. 23'd for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

DEPT. OF ZONING

Alderman Robert Contreras made a motion seconded by Alderwoman Gagle to adopt Ordinance #35-11-18 amending Chapter 4, Building and Structures, Article II. Building Code, Division 2, Permits and Fees, by revising Section 4- 258, Electrical Permit Inspection Fees, Section4-259, Electrical Permit Inspection Fees-Single Family Dwellings. and by adding Section 4-260, Miscellaneous Fees of the Municipal Code of the City of Burbank, Illinois. A roll call indicated 7 Ayes and 0 Nays. Voting Aye: Alderwoman Gagle. Alderman Contreras, Alderwoman Gustafson, Alderman Grider, Alderman Pacella, Alderman Piznarski and Alderman Pyle.

DEPT. OF ADMINISTRATION

Mayor Foy asked for a motion to approve the 2019 City Council / Committee meeting dates which include the June, July, August and December revisions. The motion was made by Alderman Contreras and seconded by Alderman Piznarski. A roll call indicated & ayes and 0 Nays. Voting Aye: Alderwoman Gagle, Alderman Contreras. Alderwoman Gustafson, Alderman Grider, Alderman Pacella, Alderman Piznarski and Alderman Pyle.

NEW BUSINESS (ADMINISTRATION)

Mayor Foy informed the Council and audience that the 2 new ambulances have been ordered and delivery should be in January 2019. Fire Chief Dave Gilgenberg II made a trip to Osage. Missouri on November 5th to personally inspect the equipment to be installed on the units.

CITIZEN'S REPORT

The Chair recognized Charles Bandusky 8548 South Lavergne who inquired about the recent renovation of Georgious Restaurant. The Mayor informed him that there has been movement on the property but nothing has been finalized as of yet. Mr. Bandusky also inquired about the proposed Dunkin Donuts and the progress of Wash U. Mayor Foy said that we should have more solid information on Dunkin Donuts by March 2019 and that the car wash hopefully would be in service by December 1st.

he Chair then invited anyone from Reavis High School to have their government class forms signed at the adjournment of the Council meeting.

ADJOURNMENT

here being no further business, the Chair asked for a motion to adjourn. The motion was made by Alderwoman Gustafson and seconded by Alderman

Contreras with unanimous voice approval and so declared by the Chair. The meeting was adjourned at 7:36 P.M.
