B. Approval of Agreement No. 2019-01-0283A, a side letter with Teamsters Local 700 regarding the Public Works Contract. The attached memo from City Administrator Ishler, dated January 3, 2019, provides supporting details.

A. Approval of the purchase of 10 IP Mux Devices for use in the Emergency Radio System. The attached memo from Deputy Police Chief Reid, dated January 8, 2019, provides supporting details.

10. Executive Session: The purpose of this Executive Session is to discuss the purchase or lease of real property for use by the City of Oak Forest, and to discuss the setting of a price for sale or lease of real estate owned by the City of Oak Forest. The purpose of this Executive Session is also to discuss appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee or legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity.

11. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

A. Approval of Resolution No. 2019-01-0346O authorizing the sale of City-owned property at 15426 South Cicero Avenue to Italian Café LLC. The attached memo from Economic & Community Development Bandstra, dated January 3, 2019, provides supporting details.

B. Approval of Ordinance No. 2019-01-0716O granting a Special Use Permit to allow an automotive oil change and lubrication shop at 6230 West 159th Street. The attached memo from Economic & Community Development Director Bandstra and Community Planner Ashbaugh, dated January 2, 2019, provides supporting details.

C. Approval of Ordinance No. 2019-01-0717O granting a Special Use Permit to allow an electronic message center on a new ground sign larger than the maximum area permitted at 5201-5211 West 159th Street. The attached memo from Economic & Community Development Director Bandstra and Community Planner Ashbaugh, dated January 2, 2019, provides supporting details.

D. Discussion of Temporary Signage. The attached information from Economic & Community Development Director Bandstra is for review by the City Council.

Citizens Participation: The Oak Forest City Council invites public comment at its meetings, but it generally does not have the ability to provide an immediate response to some questions raised during the Citizens Participation portion of a council meeting without some reasonable opportunity to review them. Therefore, the City Council encourages questions to also be submitted in writing in the event that they need to be referred to City staff to help assure a more thoughtful and informed response.
