Village of Tinley Park issued the following announcement on Jan. 16.
Village flags will be lowered to half-staff from Wednesday, Jan. 16 through sundown on Friday, Jan. 18 in honor of Illinois State Police Trooper Christopher Lambert, who was struck and killed by a vehicle Jan. 12.
