Report: Posen Robbins spent $10,878 per student in 2017-18

Spending per pupil at Posen Robbins Elementary School District 143.5 is up 12.3 percent from five years ago, according to a South Cook News analysis of district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2017-18 report card shows the Cook County school district spent $9,684 per pupil in 2013-14. It spent $10,878 in 2017-18.

The district saw its enrollment fall over the same period, from 1726 to 1565.

Posen Robbins's spending in 2017-18 was 18.4 percent lower than the state average of $13,337.
