Q3 real estate sales report: Palos Heights

Median prices rose in Palos Heights over last year, and are down 9.4 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 68 homes sold in Palos Heights for a median price of $275,000. That's 5.7 percent higher than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
