Q3 real estate sales report: Olympia Fields

Median prices rose in Olympia Fields over last year, and are down 23.4 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 37 homes sold in Olympia Fields for a median price of $215,000. That's 14.9 percent higher than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
