Q3 real estate sales report: Burnham

Median prices rose in Burnham over last year, and are up 135.7 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 14 homes sold in Burnham for a median price of $91,000. That's 118.9 percent higher than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
