Q4 real estate sales report: Willow Springs

Median prices rose in Willow Springs over last year, and are down 20.3 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 21 homes sold in Willow Springs for a median price of $230,000. That's 2.6 percent higher than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.
