Village of Tinley Park issued the following announcement on Feb. 13.
Honor your heroes by purchasing bricks with personalized inscriptions that recognize service to our country. The bricks will be incorporated into the walkway at the Gen. Patrick E. Rea Veterans Plaza, which sits adjacent to the south entrance of the 80th Avenue Metra train Station.

Bricks that are ordered by February 15 will be installed at the plaza in time for Memorial Day. Bricks ordered by August 1 will be installed by Veterans Day.
