      A. Approval of Budget Adjustment 3 for Fiscal Year 2018-19. The attached memo from Finance Director Julian, dated February 19, 2019, provides supporting details.

8. Community Development

      A. Approval of Ordinance No. 2019-02-0721O authorizing a variation to allow the reduction of required parking stalls for property located at 6040-6080 West 159th Street in a C2 – Commercial District. The attached memo from Economic & Community Development Director Bandstra and Community Planner Ashbaugh, dated February 19, 2019, provides supporting details.

9. Citizens Participation: The Oak Forest City Council invites public comment at its meetings, but it generally does not have the ability to provide an immediate response to some questions raised during the Citizens Participation portion of a council meeting without some reasonable opportunity to review them. Therefore, the City Council encourages questions to also be submitted in writing in the event that they need to be referred to City staff to help assure a more thoughtful and informed response.
