How did Riley Rogers spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic Riley Rogers's election campaign committee, Riley's Friends, spent $12,839 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Rogers's committee spent the most on principal payment in the quarter, with all those payments ($4,000) going to Riley Rogers in Dolton. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Rogers's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
