How did Jerry Bennett spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Independent Jerry Bennett's election campaign committee, Citizens for Jerry Bennett, spent $5,246 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Bennett's committee spent the most on fundraiser center pieces in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,290) going to Sid's Flowers in Palos Hills. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Bennett's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
