How did Robert Bob Rita spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Democratic Robert Bob Rita's election campaign committee, Friends of Robert "Bob" Rita, spent $11,330 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Rita's committee spent the most on rent in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,600) going to Harry Mazian in Orland Park. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Rita's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
