Non partisan Michael Carroll's election campaign committee, First Orland Party, spent $2,061 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Carroll's committee spent the most on fund raising entertainment in the quarter, with all those payments ($967) going to The Chicago White Sox in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Carroll's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
