How did Napoleon Harris spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Democratic Napoleon Harris's election campaign committee, Friends of Napoleon Harris, spent $11,844 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Harris's committee spent the most on golf outings in the quarter, with 74.7% of this total ($4,396) going to Coyote Run Golf Course in Flossmoor. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Harris's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
