Non partisan Michael Carroll's election campaign committee, First Orland Party, spent $1,387 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Carroll's committee spent the most on advertising in the quarter, with all those payments ($600) going to ABC Parade Floats in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Carroll's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
