Democratic Michelle Qualkinbush's election campaign committee, Michelle for Mayor, spent $14,551 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Qualkinbush's committee spent the most on returned contribution amount in violation of limits in the quarter, with all those payments ($5,700) going to Odelson & Sterk in Evergreen Park. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Qualkinbush's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
